This is my first macro ever for jEdit, that creates a String in the W3CDTF format (as my @formula). Put the file in the jEdithome/macros/Text directory, choose "Macros", "Rescan Macros" and the macro will be under the "Macros", "Text" menu item as "Insert W3CDTF".
